Many clubs out there. Why do you choose to extend with IFK?
"I can give many reasons, the camaraderie this group has, the family feeling and the quality the team has to make it to the higher division. I must say, Izet is someone I’ve come to admire not only as a coach but as a person, the same goes for Robin, staying in touch over the break made it a clear choice for me. The knowledge and style of play is somewhere I feel I can grow and become a better person and player. I’m thankful for the trust from Ola and Morgon aswell, I’m more than happy that we’ve found a solution."
What do Simrishamn have, that no other club does?
"Like I mentioned above, I think it’s the family feeling and local support that makes it feel special."
And what about the future?
"Let’s go day by day, but I truly believe that the organisation as a whole, from the players, to the whole staff, along with the communities support, we can achieve great things this year."

Härligt Ante! Hur känns det att förlänga?
"Efter att ha varit hemma i några månader och reflekterat över allt, fanns det inget jag ville hellre än att åka tillbaka i Simrishamn."
Många klubbar där ute. Varför väljer du att förlänga med IFK?
"Jag kan ge många anledningar, kamratskapet i den här gruppen, familjekänslan och den kvalitet laget har för att ta sig till den högre divisionen. Jag måste säga att Izet är någon jag har kommit att beundra inte bara som tränare utan också som person, detsamma gäller Robin, att hålla kontakten under uppehållet gjorde det till ett tydligt val för mig. Kunskapen och spelstilen är något jag känner att jag kan växa och bli en bättre person och spelare. Jag är tacksam för förtroendet från Ola och Morgon också, jag är mer än glad att vi har hittat en lösning."
Vad har Simrishamn som ingen annan klubb har?
"Som jag nämnde ovan tror jag att det är familjekänslan och det lokala stödet som gör att det känns speciellt."
Framtiden då?
"Vi tar det dag för dag, men jag tror verkligen att organisationen som helhet, från spelarna till hela personalen, tillsammans med samhällets stöd, kan uppnå fantastiska saker i år."
